Objectives
- Promote renewable energy through cattle dung & organic waste management.
- Provide clean cooking fuel to households.
- Reduce open defecation-related waste & improve sanitation.
- Produce enriched organic manure for farmers.
Achievements (2024–25)
- Installed and operationalized a 2000 Kg/day capacity Bio-Gas Plant.
- Daily biogas production: 120–150 m³, benefitting around 150 households.
- Monthly manure production: 2–2.5 tons, distributed to farmers.
- Saved approx. 400 kg firewood per day, reducing deforestation.
- Reduced 150–200 tons CO₂ equivalent annually.
- Created income opportunities for women SHGs engaged in dung collection and plant management.
