State level Training program for Women and Girls

A year-long intensive training program designed to empower women and girls with vocational skills.
- 200 women and girls received hands-on training in Embroidery, Sewing, Stitching, and more.
- 60% of the beneficiaries successfully became self-employed entrepreneurs.
- Another 30% secured steady jobs in related industries.
This initiative represents our core commitment to creating sustainable, long-term impact within the communities we serve. By collaborating closely with local stakeholders, government bodies, and dedicated volunteers, we have been able to effectively implement and scale this program. We believe that empowering individuals at the grassroots level creates a ripple effect of positive change. Through rigorous monitoring, continuous training, and resource mobilization, this project continues to exceed our expectations, fostering resilience, self-sufficiency, and improved quality of life for all beneficiaries involved.
